When I want to get something small but special to lift my spirits up, I go to Carys Flowers to buy nice flower there. Their flower is always fresh with lots of variety and I find it difficult to choose one! Most of all, you cannot beat the lovely , friendly customer service you get from the shop. Always greeted with smiles, this is the place you go if you are looking for something nicer than super market flowers. Highly recommend!

The people are so kind and helpful. I arrived short notice and wanted some flowers for my nans funeral. They helped me pick out some flowers and made me a beautiful bouquet on the spot for me.

The funeral spray I ordered was more gorgeous than the one on the website and despite having problems with my payment from New Zealand, Charlene was so understanding and patient and the flowers were delivered on time. She even sent me a photo of the finished product. I would recommend Carys Flowers to anyone, especially for those overseas customers who want excellent value and peace of mind, as this is what they get when they order from Carys Flowers. I will definitely be using this store for all my future flower orders.

Excellent service, quality and price. Ordered a bouquet for my mums birthday which were delivered in time (delivery driver was great). 10 days later and they still look lovely like they were delivered yesterday. Not a great experience, I was hoping for pre made boquet with a price comparable with other vendors. Instead I was made to feel like a hindrance and was sold 6 roses and two fern (fillers). Admittedly this was late Christmas eve but I feel completely overcharged for what I received. Based on this experience I won't be going back and will walk the extra 2 minutes to m&s.
