Just recieved some letterbox flowers as a birthday present. Everything looking really sorry for itself, definitely not 'sleeping' during their travels (as per the leaflet enclosed). As for the roses in the box, the photos show what remains of those.

My delivery to my ill friend was delivered 24 hours late. The flowers were wilted and past their best. It was supposed to be a cheery surprise to cheer up my friend, but was definitely not that.
I emailed the company twice to register my disappointment but they didn't bother to respond.

i ordered a gingko biloba tree on your website as a Christmas present, it arrived and it was a completely different tree, i contacted customer service who then replaced the item, it has now arrived and yet again, is completely wrong. do not recommend whatsoever

Arrived late and flowers do NOT reflect what it advertised on site. Proof is in the photo could have picked a better spread from the hedge outside my house. Emailed for a refund with no response.

Ordered flowers in plenty of time for my friend's birthday but they didn't arrive. When I questioned this I was told they had been sent a day late. My friend still hasn't received her flowers after I requested a resend so 20 days after her birthday, I have requested a refund. The point of choosing letterbox flowers was so they could be delivered if she was out. Only given the 2 stars because there has at least been some communication between myself and the company and i am trusting the refund will arrive.

Honestly I have no idea who gave the one & two stars! Bloompost is brilliant and the flowers are beautiful. Arrived beautifully packaged, with super gorgeous flowers, totally original concepts and really really well priced. I sent 3 orders to different friends, easy check out to multiple recipients, and got tracking status immediately. All were surprises, and I got the desired effect, which was totally thrilled and very happy friends. Thank you Bloompost - loved it!

I wish I could give no stars. Paid GBP 5 to get flowers delivered on a SPECIFIC date. No updates from their team/the delivery partner. No updates on the tracking website. I e-mail them the situation and they said they can't issue a refund because the delivery partner attempted delivery but "couldn't deliver". 2 days later and my friend still hasn't received her flowers. No help from the customer service. Money gone down the drain.

Ordered dried flowers to be delivered on a sunday for a special occasion. Didnt arrive. Reached out to Bloompost, they were not sure what went wrong or whether the flowers would still arrive. So, they immediatly offered me a full refund or a resend of the flowers, with the sending costs refunded. I decided a full refund and received it within 2 days.
Later that week the flowers apparantly did arrive at the place, way too late, but still. So, 3/5. I was happy with the offered solutions and quick response.
