Great customer service & lovely flowers. 2nd time I have used this store in the past few weeks. Always friendly . I needed some flowers for a birthday , told the lady what I wanted and she made it up for me in 5 mins.

I normally give positive reviews to local business but both ladies on different occasions seemed very unenthusiastic and the level of customer service was so disappointing. I wanted help for a custom set but she cant be bothered and rather me take a pre-made set even thou it wasnt what i was looking for. Most of the time they are on the mobile phones instead of greeting people when they walk in and this is my 2nd time visting this shop and i dont plan on returning. I go into town to get flowers now.

I was recommended this shop for some funeral flowers. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the spray we ordered was absolutely gorgeous. Ordering was really quick and easy and via email responses were received very quickly.
Price was very reasonable too in my opinion so would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a beautiful arrangement for any occasion.

The flowers for Dad’s funeral were beautiful, exactly as we wanted.
Claire was extremely helpful during my visit and took time to ensure details were not missed.

They did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. We had 3 bouquets, buttonholes and 9 centre pieces from petals and they were so lovely and just what I asked for. They also delivered my centre pieces to our reception venue on the morning of the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about it. Excellent service and great staff. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for the most beautiful flowers for any occasion.

Flowers were delivered as a surprise from my wife’s workplace.
They wanted to support a local business but it’s such a shame that the flowers were brown and half dead.
After this I don’t think I would order from here.

To reiterate after owner reply:
We were the recipients of the flowers. The flowers were purchased by someone else to be delivered to us as a gift. Was I meant to call the shop and complain?

Beautiful flowers coupled with excellent service.
We needed a display quickly and they were extremely helpful. And so much cheaper than any online florist
