I used Bluebell because no other company was offering same day delivery. The selection is fantastic and the service is excellent. I received a text from the florist once she had delivered them, explaining that my girlfriend had not been but a housemate had collected them AND she provided a complimentary box of choccies!
Will definitely be using this service again!

I phoned up at 9pm on a Saturday, with little hope of getting a corsage made up, Linda took down all my ideas for it and came and hand delivered it to me on Sunday morning, when she was supposed to be closed! An incredible woman! Highly recommended.

Linda delivered a stunning bouquet as a surprise from my boyfriend. The arrangement was so creative and colourful, she even used my favourite colours and flowers. Not only was the bouquet beautiful they lasted longer than previous bouquet's from other florists.

Despite not being on the website, I ordered a gift of silk orchids for my mother and grandmother, Linda was very accommodating to this request and ran me through all the options she could make for me. At first glance both my grandmother and mother thought the silk flowers were real, as does everybody else who sees them. I have since ordered myself the same so I can look at the beautiful orchids without the worry of having to maintain them.

Overall Linda has always been extremely helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend Bluebell Flora.

I am a great believer in good customer service, however, Linda, all I can say is your service is outstanding. As a customer 200 miles away from Loughborough, I rang you at such a late time to ask for the unthinkable and you made it happen. Thank you, thank you, thank you. When I next visit my daughter at Loughborough university, I am going to make a special trip to say thank you in person. For anyone reading this review, this is most certainly a florist that goes out of her way to make it happen and I would recommend her with a 10* classification.

Amazing florist and service! I ordered flowers to be delivered online the same day for my sister however she loves gerberas and I couldn't see a bouquet with these included. I called the florist and she went out her way to include these - the photo I saw from my sister was one of the best bouquets i've ever seen.
