Flowers of Borough Green

I ordered a wreath for my father's funeral and as I live far away I managed to do this over the telephone. The staff listened to my request and suggested a wreath I liked on their website but with different coloured roses. On the day of the funeral I saw the wreath and it far surpassed my expectations and was larger than I imagined. It was beautiful and I'm so glad I used Flowers of Borough Green. Thank you

Flowers of Borough Green provided excellent customer service, due to the current lock down they advised that my order for a bouquet of flowers could not be fulfilled as they felt their current stock wasn't of a sufficient quality. They rang me and offered an alternative of a plant and candle instead which my friend was delighted to receive. Great Customer service and good to know that they have high expectations when putting gifts together.

I have just recently used this florist due to arranging a posy for my horse who has sadly been put to sleep. I would just like to say what a fantastic service I had, they were so kind and understanding due to my position and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend whatever the occasion.

Placed an online order for the "Bold and Beautiful" bouquet. The "Grand" bouquet I purchased for £40 seemed to contain more green foliage than flowers.

Having previously purchased bouquets from elsewhere for a similar price, this one didn't meet my expectations. I expected more buds waiting to bloom but there were only a couple of limp ones.

We ordered my sister's floral tributes with Flowers of BG and they were gorgeous. They listened to my initial requests and even phoned up the day before to ensure all the details were correct.
On the day, they were professional to resolve a request I had.

There were many comments on how beautiful the arrangements were. That photo was taken the following day and as you can see, many of the blooms are still looking stunning. I have since taken the large spray home and placed the remaining florals in vases around the house as they're so gorgeous and remind me of my wonderful sister.

I would just advise that staff double check the spellings of names when writing on the tribute card but apart from that their designs are just wonderful and added and special touch to what was a difficult day.
