Paloma Lily

Went in to see if they had a couple of plants I wanted, they had one and offered to order the other one, asked me what size I wanted and how much I wanted to spend roughly.
The lady in there was so nice, really chatty and very knowledgeable, she recommended places to see in the village and held onto the plants I wanted so we wouldn't have to cart them around.
Finally I was really impressed with how well they were wrapped up for me, haven't had such good service from any other plant shop, really recommend it!

I felt the male owner completely ruined my experience of such a beautiful shop on my last visit. I bought two bunches of flowers which were beautifully wrapped.I also purchased several Christmas gifts.
I also wanted a vase .
I could not believe he then took stock flowers on display from a vase which was dirty ... go and wash it out and proceed to wrap it for me !!!!🤣🤣🤣🙄
Then was going to charge me £20 for the privilege!!

Please ..... don't insult your customers . . If I had wanted a second hand dirty vase I certainly wouldn't have shopped in Paloma Lily !!!

Think you may have lost a customer

Popped in just to have a look yesterday as I was in the area. I am a florist in Southampton so I have a professional interest in other people's shops. I was attracted in by the lovely "botanical" decoration in the shop but it was the friendly welcoming attitude of Richard that really made my visit. Their flowers were lovely and not just run of the mill, add to that locally sourced cards, beautiful candles and a great selection of houseplants and I thought Paloma Lily was just great. Well done to all the team involved but especially to Richard.

Ordered spring bouquet for my mum who is local to the shop, the flowers were gorgeous and when they left the flowers on the doorstep they left them with water so the flowers didn't suffer. Excellent service!

Absolutely delighted with my surprise peonies this morning!! My partner knows I love the quality of Paloma Lily and drove a nearly 2 hour round trip to get me some for my hair salon. They were wrapped beautifully. Love the guys in the actual shop, they are so knowledgeable and just 10/10 all round!

I popped in to the most delightful store in the beautiful town of Wilton on my travels home , I was confronted with the most awesome array of stunning smells and foliage that was most captivating. The owner and friendly staff sure know how to make one feel special with all their delights and goodies. It was very hard not to make several purchases , candle , lily , cards and an amazing plant holder which takes pride of place in my lounge … this is a great find and the window displays are the best in Wiltshire without a doubt ,
Keep up the good work and look forward to swinging by next time I’m visiting home 😉😉
