Ordered seasonal bouquet for my wife's birthday for morning delivery. Flowers and card were exactly as required and delivered about 11 am. Service could not be faulted; in fact it was excellent like previous occasions.

I have previously had flowers delivered as I work offshore and have always had great service and good quality flowers. The most recent ones were delivered 1 week ago and my wife has just sent me a picture. Beautiful flowers many thanks.

The 6th year running and nothing but the business name has changed ( Bloom ) ;everything below still stands, so add consistent service to my review.

I did a Google Search for a florist in the Whiteley area, Helana came up. I have not in the past felt comfortable with internet florists given the expense and uncertainty, non the less I placed an order for 50 Roses to be delivered.

What I got for my money is beyond all money, the joy flowers bring is priceless, further more, these where the most perfect roses, Helena's attention to detail is impressive.

As I was apprehensive, I emailed her, her responsiveness is appreciated and at the level one can expect from a busy professional, she kept her word and delivered as she had said she would.

If she can satisfy customers in another Hemisphere, I can only imagine what she is capable of doing locally, I cannot more strongly recommend Stubbington Village Florist, now known as Bloom.

It has been 6 years since I wrote the above and for 6 years now I can stand by what was written all those years ago, nothing has changed including my appreciation of their service and the product they deliver.

Look here, I’m a bloke, an old school Geazer, maybe even a bit of a chap. Someone gives me flowers is likely to get a bunch of 5’s in the face. BUT after Helena pulled all the stops this year, AGAIN,I fancy a bunch now, really, if it could survive crossing 2 tropics, an equator, getting stuck in corruption based red tape only for the delivery van to get hijacked at gun point, I would order myself one, really would.

So let me solve a 1st world problem for you, choice, there ISN’T any, it’s Bloom Florist or nothing.

Through the online query form, I asked Bloom Florist to make up a bouquet of flowers to replicate my wife's wedding bouquet as a Valentine's Day gift. Helena and the team were excellent in customer service with quick responses via email to ensure the perfect present. The flowers are beautiful and my wife is absolutely delighted with her gift and feeling very nostalgic about our wedding day. Perfect. Highly recommended; 5 Stars all round.
