The Flower Room

The Flower Room were amazing! We required 2 bridal bouquets and had left it quite late to order. Myself and my wife went in to the shop 9 days before our wedding. As soon as we walked in, we saw how busy the staff were with preparing orders. Jenny gave us her full attention immediately, she was so warm and welcoming. She was so helpful and made us feel reassured that it wasn't too late to order. We discussed what we would like and she advised on what she could do for us. We trusted her to create our bouquets, and we are so glad that we did. When we saw our bouquets the morning of the wedding, we couldn't have been happier, they were beautiful. Thank you so much Jenny, for your professionalism and expertise. You made two brides very happy on their wedding day!

I rang to place an order an uplifting arrangement for a family member returning home from hospital treatment that day. Despite the busy pressures of Mother’s Day week, the amazing and totally customer-focuses staff at Flower Room was were to immediately handle my order for same delivery. The recipient was 110% delighted with the quality and aesthetics of the seasonal blooms. I’m so glad we used a local supplier with expertise, professionalism and empathy to fulfil the brief perfectly.
