Bloom Florist Fareham

We have purchased flowers from Bloom twice this year and both times we have had great service and beautiful flower arrangements send to our family's in Fareham. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday via the website for same day delivery, super efficient service received from Bloom, even a phone call to check safe place had water as weather was inclement. My mum absolutely loved the bouquet (Carmen Miranda), I would high recommend using this florist if local to the Fareham area, for a superior and personal service.

I chose Bloom for my wedding flowers to include button holes, corsage, bride and bridesmaids flowers and paid in full in advance. It was agreed that flowers would be delivered by 12pm on my wedding day. At about 12:30 I asked my sister to call the florist to ask where the flowers were and was told that our order had somehow been missed and there were no flowers. To give some credit, they made me up a bouquet as the bride at no charge and this was delivered just in time. It is not what I had ordered but it was similar. I received an apology the following day by email and was told I would receive a full refund plus extra for a meal. This was a nice touch. I gave my bank details on the Monday and by Friday was still waiting for my money back. I sent an email asking for my money and received it that evening. All in all, I am hugely disappointed that this had to happen and there are clearly some issues with this florist. I had not wanted to say anything initially because I felt that they were apologetic and had clearly made a big error, however, because I then had to send a follow up email asking for my money I was again made to feel that I was not an important enough customer. My wedding day was lovely but I did not have the flowers I had wanted and I will remember that sadly as part of what was meant to be a ‘perfect day’.

I’ve been in a few times now to buy house plants, and the staff have been nothing but amazing. Very helpful and more than willing to give their time to help me with my questions.

I’ll definitely be returning in future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My partner bought me some flowers for my birthday for £25, and by the next day they were all pretty much dead and looking like they need to be binned. It’s such a shame.

Really great service, ordered flowers over the phone. Florist was really friendly and helpful. Flowers were received only a few hours later. The display was cute and very unique, young daughter (16) loved them xx thank you blooms. Over a week later and they are still going strong!

I live in Wales and I found it so easy to order flowers for my mum who lives near your shop. The click and collect was so easy to arrange with my order and my mum is so pleased with the spring basket I ordered for her! Thank you for providing such a good service and beautiful arrangements!
