Sweetpea Florists arranged all the flowers for my daughters wedding on 12 July 2019 - stunning large displays, a beautiful bouquet, buttonholes and corsages.
It was a superb service from the start, with professionals who have many years of experience. It is a family-run business and the care and attention to detail they have is second to none.

They created a stunning result, bespoke to our needs.
Every encounter from start to finish was terrific - we could not ask for any better.
All our guests complimented the flower arrangements.

I ordered their neutral bouquet, which is a white and cream palette to be delivered as a gift as the birthday girl prefers flowers that are not coloured. This is not was delivered so it is pointless choosing something from their website as they will send what they have not what you request, very disappointed! I have raised complaint with the florist about it and this was their unsatisfactory response:
"we chose white, green, and dark cream flowers, the hydrangea we chose was green with touch of blue, and it was the only flower of colour in your flower gift. We hope she enjoys her flower gift when all the flower buds will open "
The dark cream they refer to is definitely yellow and as a florist if their colour definition is that awry then perhaps they should find another profession. Will not be using this company's service again. If I can post a picture of what was delivered instead of what I ordered I will.

I saw a picture of a Bocquet that I wanted to send and actually what they sent was disgraceful. I emailed them five times and the email bounced back. I did get a response with the actual email address on it and they said that the value of my flowers for £40 which would they were not and the vase was value of £20 which it certainly was not. Delivery was £7 from Hampstead to Hampstead. I went to the shop on Saturday because the website said they were open until 1 o’clock. The shop is closed and empty.

When you telephone which I’ve done numerous times to get an answer and they don’t pick up.

I recently needed flowers for my unwell wife and walked past Sweetpea Florist and I left a happy customer. Absolute upper echelon customer service and the range of different flowers available at this boutique store makes this the perfect flower shop in north west London! An absolute must visit!
