Montpellier Flowers

Sent an online enquiry regarding my wedding flower ideas....also advised I wasn't local but we were visiting our venue a month later and were hoping to arrange a consultation to discuss our flower options for our £1500 budget further but no one ever got back to me or returned my call. We have gone with Blooming Bears and they have been amazing from the start.

Brilliant service from Montpellier Flowers this morning - they’re now open for online and phone orders but stocks of flowers are naturally limited at the moment - I looked on the website to see the styles of bouquets they do then phoned just after 9am and placed my order.

A beautiful bouquet was delivered to my wonderful partner around midday and it was waiting for her when she got home from work.

The owner was very rude and unprofessional- which is unnecessary during these troubling times. I won’t be going back, and suggest you don’t either.

Ordered some flowers for Mothering Sunday via their website a week or so in advance. Ordering was easy. However I wanted to clarify that Covid measures would be in place for deliveries. Found it rather difficult to contact the business. Website wouldn't let me send a message. Their e-mail address didn't work and for a number of days (2) the phone just rang and no one answered. Eventually, on the third day, I spoke to a very nice lady who was able to reasure me. The flowers arrived promptly on the day and my Mother was very pleased. Very fresh flowers with water in the bottom to preserve them. Evidently some very dedicated people were up very early in the morning preparing them. I would recomend this business.

Have been using this florist for many years and always been happy but will never use them again. Placed order by phone for valentines 5 days before and phoned up the day before collection to pay by phone to be told they had cancelled my order due to them trying to phone for a payment had no message left by them and still 2 days before valentines. Completely disgusted they would do this and have lost a good customer DO NOT RISK ORDERING FROM THEM YOU MAY BE LET DOWN
