I do not live locally to West Bridgford so I chose this florist from the internet. The lady I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and the flowers were just what I wanted and delivered on the day I ask for. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Elizabeth was so lovely to talk to, and extremely helpful in accomodating our family flowers for mums funeral. Dad's flowers were a traditional red rose display, where my sister and I wanted a hand tied bouquets. Elizabeth was very understanding and as you would expect, very knowledgeable. On the day of the funeral we were amazed at the beautiful displays, the care and attention Elizabeth had gone to. The roses were particularly beautiful and gave mum a beautiful send off. We will certainly be using Elizabeth for our future floral needs. Competitively priced, beautiful flowers and exceptional service. Thank you xx

I've asked the florist Elizabeth to give advice and helped with arranging a special unique bouquet for my daughter's 21st birthday. She has been wonderful with her suggestions and accommodating with my requests. My daughter is so happy when she received it. She was delighted with the choices of flowers n the flower arrangement. I'll definitely go back to her in the future.

Appalling customer service

I was sent a bouquet for my birthday and knowing Elizabeth's prices was disappointed by the quality of the roses. They were browning and battered.
I emailed Elizabeth who sent a long and incredibly patronizing reply telling me that that is what they are meant to be like.
When I replied she threw her toys out of the pram, not I'm sorry you are not happy, no acknowledgment that perhaps ,just perhaps I was right and I will replace them, give you a credit towards a later purchase but a "PUT THEM ON YOUR DOORSTEP NOW FOR ME TO TAKE BACK "
I asked her to wait as I was on an important conference call which she ignored, came hammering on the door and was then rude to my husband and daughter.
The articles about Elizabeth being unable to take any negative feedback that can be found on the web are so true .

Wow!! Where to start with Liz. The attention to detail this lady can produce is outstanding. She really made the day when it came to my daughter's christening and was ready at the other end of the phone when we needed her. A* for customer service here. Elizabeth is a gem and my little Molly's venue looked stunning thanks to her floral arrangements. Strongly recommend.
