Absolutely fantastic customer service. Called them at very short notice asking for a delivery of a bunch of flowers to a friend in need at 09:30 and by 12:00 the same day the flowers had been delivered. I was cautious as I called over the phone to order them so couldn't pick an arrangement myself and had trust they would make something beautiful and it was a beautiful arrangement! Would highly recommend to others.

Ordered a next day delivery bouquet as a birthday gift. They were friendly and helpful on the phone when taking the order, and the delivery took place on time. The flowers were beautifully arranged and the recipient of them was over the moon. I'll definitely order from them again, and would highly recommend. The best florist I’ve ever used! Bouquets are amazing and everyone I’ve bought for from there have said how pretty and long-lasting they are - so much care has gone into them. The shop is lovely with some unique gifts in and as other reviews say the staff are really kind and helpful. It’s a hidden little gem in Bush Fair!
