Avoid this shop! Flowers were embarrassing ordered for a funeral. Look at the difference! Customer service non exists, have not bothered to respond.

Always so friendly, selling beautiful and affordable flowers for all occasions... whether it's Mother's Day or just a weekly bouquet, this shop is my first port of call!

I have today ordered flowers from Mr Flower to make my own funeral flowers for my mother next week. Tracey was so helpful to me, finding me a good price and advising me on my choice of flowers.

Avoid this shop… I ordered some flowers for a dear friends funeral, the next day they refunded me the money with no explanation why! Sent a email to ask why? No reply, waited till the next day and still no reply so sent another email asking why ? And still no reply! Struggled to get flowers for the day because they let me down and it’s very unprofessional to give a refund without a reason and very rude to ignore emails asking for a simple explanation as to why my order was cancelled!
