The price you pay for the quality, service and presentation is unmatched. The most beautiful Box of flowers i have ever seen. Lesley and her team have been diamonds and went above and beyond. This amazing box was less then £32.50 and the end result speaks for itself. Such a beautiful gift. I will 100% be returning!

But I am hugely disappointed. The recipient sent me a picture thanking me, but when I seen the picture, I was so disappointed.

I know I selected the "standard" rather than "Grand" or "Superior", but I didn't expect the standard to be so disappointing compared to the image. I suggest perhaps having images of all types (standard/Grand/superior) on your website to help your customers better determine what they want to buy. If I had seen an image of this "standard" bouquet, I certainly wouldn't have spent £28.50 on it.

The description on the website says "Send somebody a ray of sunshine!", "A bright and cheerful arrangement".

These are not cheerful at all, they are sad to look at.

I had been let down by another florist for flowers for a funeral.

With a days notice we were able to consult and agree on flowers which perfectly fit my requirements.

Collection was smooth and the flowers beautifully organised.

I am Incredibly grateful for your time and efforts making our flowers at such short notice.

Bought flowers for Mother’s Day and my Mum could not have been happier. The bouquet itself was lovely and the man that delivered them, did so with a genuine smile and some thoughtful words which meant the world to her. Very good service all round.

The lovely lady in Leslies (sorry, i didnt take your name) could not have been more helpful when i ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral. Gave me extra cards, in case of mistakes, answered all questions i had without making me feel stupid, even opened earlier than normal to allow me to get them to the funeral director on time. The tribute itself was beautiful and i can't thank you enough!
