Good flowers and service, but wouldn't let me use her toilet, soo she gets 4*'s

It’s a shame I can’t post a photo to show the shocking bouquet I got delivered for £50, I would have got better in a petrol station. And they had the audacity to charge a delivery fee of £5.95 to walk them to the opposite side of the road. Avoid!!

Really pleased with my purchases today! Great selection of well kept plants at fair prices... The lady who was helping me was knowledgable and provided great customer service- they didn't have a plant I was interested in and she took down my details so they could inform me if they were to get more in. I will be back for more, I'm sure 😊
