Michael at Uprising provided me with a very reasonable quote for 7 floral table decorations for my wedding - unfortunately when my mum turned up to collect the flowers ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING the florist had forgotten to prepare the order, and instead of apologising and trying to sort it out the woman in the shop that day tried to pretend I'd never placed the order. Eventually she provided my mum with a few dying hydrangeas and a bunch of lilies - which is all they had in the shop - and a few vases, one of which was chipped.
When I called the following week for a refund of my deposit, the manager - Sam - still didn't apologise for the fact I was left with no table decorations for my wedding or for the stress caused to my mum. His response was "What can I say, I'm speechless, my staff are rubbish." I suggested he send my mum a bouquet of flowers, but he refused and he hasn't even refunded my deposit.
So if you are planning a wedding and looking for flowers, I'd suggest there are far better florists in the Wandsworth area.

We approached Uprising about flowers for a wedding at Wandsworth Town Hall and a reception at the Alma only a matter of weeks beforehand. They were extremely helpful and efficient . The flowers were available on the day of the wedding and were simply stunning, perfectly in harmony with our colour scheme. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others in a similar situation.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for collection on Sunday. Due to work, was unable to collect them until later in the day, but they were happy to help and waited for me. Beautiful bunch of flowers and earned me lots of brownie points with the other half! I will have no hesitation in using them again, thanks!

This is an excellent florist. They always have the best and most freshest flowers. ABSOLUTELY loved my wedding flowers and all the bouquets I have received since!! Definitely recommend.

Brilliant florist, hidden down a small alley. Really friendly and helpful service and fantastic value. I will definitely be using them again and am looking forward to when their website is back up and runnning
