My daughter had surgery in London and was confined to hospital. I called Natasha late that afternoon and specified a particular arrangement I hoped she'd be able to prepare. She promised to visit the Flower Market first thing the next morning to find exactly the blossoms she needed. She did exactly that! Then she prepared the array and delivered it herself to the clinic by 9 am. All before her working day officially began. Five stars are not sufficient to commend this level of service.There should be six at least!

Natasha organised the flowers for my Aunt’s Funeral. Natasha couldn’t have been more helpful! She took time and helped with any and all queries. I highly recommend this florist. Thank you Natasha x

My sister lives in London (UK) and I live in Vancouver (Canada). I contacted Natasha regarding delivering a bouquet of flowers to my sister for her birthday. Natasha assembled an incredibly beautiful bouquet (I was sent pictures), was clear and regular in her communications, and made the payment process simple. It's a bit nerve wrecking submitting a payment to a stranger overseas, but the whole process was professional. I will definitely contact her again for future flower deliveries.

Natasha is super talented and her creations are superb. Natasha is very accommodating, even if you ask last minute. If I could give Natasha 100 ⭐️ I would. After going online and looking at various websites and not being satisfied with reviews, I then looked for a local florist and came across Natasha’s Flowers. She was lovely to deal with and her flowers looked beautiful and delivered on time.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Natasha right from the word go. I don't live in the area so made email contact to arrange a floral delivery. Natasha was fantastic and send ideas of arrangements/price. Worked exactly to my budget. On day of delivery I discovered recipient was out of country. Natasha was amazing and said she would rearrange another bouquet for when they returned at no extra cost. Both the original and replacement arrangements were stunning. I highly recommend Natasha and just wished she lived in the same area as me so that I could always get flowers from her!

I received a lovely valentines bouquet delivered from Natasha's Flowers.

The red roses are beautiful and vibrant with some added special leaves and pretty little flowers that look like mini cotton wool fluffs! The flowers came in a chic box bag and internally wrapped in cellophane with water so the flowers stayed hydrated on their delivery.
