Neill Strain Floral Couture

Very rude staff and low quality flowers. We purchased the first bouquet for an event and store display which costed over £120, but the flowers started dying the next day. We told them about it when we returned the vase, they apologised and offered a free bouquet, but sadly the second bouquet was worse, the flowers started to dry out even though it was a 'new' bouquet, I wonder this free bouquet was some unsold flowers which they wanted to get rid of. For the price of this we expected a superb quality of flowers, next time maybe it is better to buy flowers from a local florist.

Neill Strain is the 'go to' florist for the most amazing flowers. He has always come up with new varieties of the highest quality for Chelsea and other events and has enabled me to win 'Gold'. His service and that of his staff is second to none.

I’ve had some issues with my initial order of a bouquet at Neill Strain. I have emailed them, explained all the situation and provided photos of the flowers that I’ve received. I was disappointed with the store at that point.

However, I was immediately contacted by the manager. She has resolved all the issues in the best possible way: promptly, professionally and politely. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and care. A huge thank you to Louise! We have arranged a replacement bouquet, and I received flourishing, fresh and absolutely beautiful flowers!

Neill Strain is just the best florist in London. I am a french florist and highly regards their work ! If you want real floral craftsmanship and luxury..this is the closest to Paris you can find in London. Highly Recommend!

shop in the city center of london, more than a flower shop it looks like a flower museum. flowers of all kinds and colors, usually seasonal, of excellent quality, a little too expensive, as it should be. I recommend it if you are in the area.
