Uprosing

Ordered flowers for my mums birthday. Received a big bouquet which smelled nice but 4-5 flowers at the top were turning brown and had wilted. I had expected fresh flowers but the ones I received definitely weren't.
I called 3 times to complain/arrange an alternate bouquet but had no answer. I am a regular customer and I don't think I will be returning to the Uprising for my flowers.

My experience was with their store in Wandsworth London on Old york rd.
I ordered a bridal and bridesmaid bouquet with them. The result even better than expected with lovely presentation and colours, Just as I'd asked. Reasonably priced too.
