Florists Bassett - The Flower Shop in Southampton

We phoned the florists shop from our home in Australia, the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly, we forgot to leave names on the card and they sent us an Email for the information. We heard from the recipient how great the flowers were and then an Email from the florist confirming they had been delivered.

I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for my Mum and this is what she emailed me “ I am so lucky ! Outside in the garden a pristine little van drew up to deliver a beautiful , colourful bunch of flowers. ( delivery man had a great big smile also when he saw me), they are beautiful “

Living in Australia and wanting to organise flowers for a friend I called phoned through my order .. lovely lady on the phone my friend sent me a photo of the flowers when they were delivered and they were beautiful

Excellent, friendly service! My wedding flowers were amazing and exactly what I wanted. The staff listened to my ideas and were able to use their expertise to make it into reality. Also, good value for money and punctual delivery on the day.

Just amazing. I order some same day delivery flowers (3 hour delivery) they arrived just over an hour later and were stunning and fresh. Well presented and my mum loves them. Worth every penny. I would certainly order from them again.

The place I wanted to deliver to was outside their local area. Rather that try to sell me something that could be posted, they readily recommended me a shop that could hand-deliver without me even having to ask.
