Beautiful flowers! Bought my nan a bunch for her birthday she absolutely loved them. I love that they sell exotic plants as well so I bought orchids and yucca plants to decorate the house. Prices are very reasonable so would definitely recommend!

My Dad ordered a bouquet of flowers to my door for my birthday a few weeks ago. What arrived was a beautifully fresh arrangement that stayed stunning for a week or so. My Dad reported that they were fast, friendly, and the price was great. Thank you, Little Flower Shop, for making my socially-distanced birthday so special!

This company is irrisponsible, cheating customers. I ordered large Crassula plant- which is beautiful on their picture, paid about 30 GBP with delivery and would like to show for everybody - what I received today and how they did. Advice for everybody - NEVER use this company !!!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. My first concern about this company was that I did not receive a confirmation email to confirm my order. I then tried to call the company using the mobile number on the page but it was disconnected. I then emailed them and finally received an email to confirm my order but it did not contain an image of any of the product I was buying in the email. I ordered a certain colour rose and did not end up with this colour. I asked for the flowers to be delivered as single stems and they were squashed together in a bouquet arrangement. The flowers were damaged with many stems hanging off the stem battered and broken. Loads of the stems had dead heads, just the stem with no flower as it had been cut off before delivery. I ended up with poor quality flowers and also poor customer service. After sending photographic evidence of the damaged flowers and asking for a refund, my request for the refund was ignored and the company tried to claim they hadn't sent a bouquet but they clearly had as all the flowers were together in wrapping with a ribbon. I sent 3 complaints until I had the unhelpful and awful response. I replied to them again asking for my refund and have not had a reply. Do not use this company you will regret it!

Ordered flowers to a workplace indicating and paying for them to be delivered on Valentine's Day itself but they ended up arriving on the 13th instead. Even if the arrangement is beautiful you simply CANNOT replicate the feeling of receiving flowers on the special day itself and it is not enough to tell a customer "what can I do" if they arrive on the wrong day. Two stars for the flowers but unfortunately would not recommend for the lack of reliability on such an important date.

Very disappointed in this company, I can confirm that the other negative reviews here are true.

No confirmation, just a demand for more money to a service I didn't require (build a bouquet), they then proceeded to not contact me after I left them a voicemail (phone line conveniently disconnected) and no email response. Of course once I reluctantly paid an additional charge, all of a sudden there was a response and delivered flowers that were entirely ruined and obviously packed with no care.

I know the above is saturated in context and may not even make much sense, but if you are the kind of person that reads reviews as part of a decision making process (which you are) then I strongly recommend you taking your business elsewhere. You may be lucky and have a completely fine experience with the little flower shop, but you could also have an experience like mine, they are a scam and an expensive one in that, I wouldn't even give them one star.

Was very disappointed with how the flowers had been arranged. Looked rushed & out of proportion.
Could not rearrange myself as they were boxed & were for a friend. But paying for flowers & it looked liked they had just been shoved into the box without having that eye for detail with flower arranging. Will do it myself next time!!!
