Beautiful flowers always go here for special occasions and if i ever want to treat myself or someone else. Stunning flowers fresh in all the time picked up some beautys today aswell. fully recommend

Having seen many reviews and recommendations for Amy's Floral Design, I needed the perfect thank you to send so contacted Amy for help. The flowers were delivered as promised and just as the recipient said when messaging to say thank you 'they are bloody gorgeous!' Thank you so much and highly recommend. I'll be using your services again.

Would never recommend this place. Gave two weeks notice to have flowers made for funeral Amy said I could pick up at 9 or she would meet at the school gates. Turned up at 8.45 at shop to it not being open waited until 9 and rang Amy, she never answered tried again at 9.10 still not answer. Finally Amy comes to open up with a cocky attitude that we agreed 9.30 I explained I told her I had to go other side of Birmingham We agreed 9. She then told me the flowers I ordered wasn’t in stock so I’d have to have yellow roses instead of blue and if I waited 15-20 minutes I could have them. She’s slagged me off over Facebook. If she couldn’t deliver the goods she should of just said. All I needed was flowers the day of the funeral I don’t appreciate being spoken to the way I was today. Warning for others don’t ever get anything from here!!

Asked Amy to do something special for my partner. I was not disappointed. Delivered as promised and flowers were huge compared to interflora and similar. Fresh and well arranged, my partner was over the moon ... thanks Amy, I'll be using you again without hesitation!

Went to collect funeral flowers this morning as arrange only to find out someone had cancelled my order on facebook.
As l don't do facebook was shocked.
Amy and her staff managed to do my order in 20 minutes as l had to travel to Crewe for the funeral.
Fantastic service will only go there for all my flowers Thanks.

The funeral flowers we ordered were beautifully prepared and presented with quality flowers. The colours were exactly as we requested, our requirements were fully understood and assistance was offered to choose the right flowers. They arrived in good time.

I've been to Amys Florist for everything from chocolate bouquet gifts to birthday flowers for my partner on her children's behalf and even had my car bowed up for a wedding and have never been disappointed.

Amy and her team always go above and beyond to help, I haven't even glanced anywhere else since using her florist and don't intend to!
