Silver Birch Florist

We ordered our funeral flowers quite last minute from Silver Birch and they did not disappoint. We particularly wanted a Celtic Cross display, the florist was not familiar with this but the delivered display was absolutely beautiful. I could not imagine it looking any better, I wanted to cry and I am so thankful we chose Silver Birch. The gentleman who delivered the flowers was very, very helpful and extremely courteous. Nirav delivered a gorgeous, festive table centrepiece with candle. Exquisite: deep red flowers, greenery, gold leaf and more. Sent by a dear friend who has many responsibilities yet thought of us. She worried it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Never in doubt - charming service complete with advice on care. Silver Birch's motto: Scent with Love is justified. Polite, unhurried delivery added to pleasure of receiving a gift - goodwill all round.

This florist was amazing. I rang and placed the order the day before the funeral.
They didnt have the flowers I originally wanted but i was given the option to have a similar one made up using different flowers which was lovely so I agreed. The lovely woman (sorry cnt remember your name) personally delivered them on the funeral day and even earlier then we had arranged to make sure I had them in time. A real professional great customer service 💓 thanks the flowers were lovely 😍

I recently used Silver Birch to provide a bridal bouquet and buttonholes. The flowers were amazing and the bride said she had never seen such beautiful flowers.

I live in California, and wanted to send a floral arrangement to my sister in law for a special milestone birthday. So I looked on Google to find recommended florists near Luton. It's always a little nerve wracking to order online from a company you don't know, and just trusting Google reviews. But I couldn't be happier with their lightening quick service and amazing arrangement! There was a beautiful arrangement with a dozen long stem red roses delivered to my sister in law, literally within a few hours of placing my order. She was absolutely delighted! I also appreciated that the florist confirmed my order as soon as I placed it, and then followed up with a confirmation after they were delivered. There's good reason why this florist has garnered it's stellar reputation; it is well deserved. By far the best service I have ever received. Reena is meticulous and has an amazing eye for detail. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. I spoke to Reena of what she likes and left the setup in her expert hands. My wife and I were not disappointed. They look beautiful. Family members who have seen them want to know who did it! I can’t thank Reena enough, I made an order for my mums birthday on the same day and they were done by the evening.
I was in a rush as I needed to be at the meal by 7, she placed the flowers into my car and she also said ‘because you’re in a rush just do bank transfer’
I wanted a balloon with the flowers but the machine broke so when she went into town that day she brought a balloon for me.
Honestly, I wouldn’t order from anyone else, I’ve never been disappointed with the service or the flowers. I tell them exactly what I want and I’m stunned every time.
Reena was so lovely, kind, helpful and understanding.
