The Flower Shop

Ordered flowers from here for a thank you to my daughter. I live in Kent. Spoke to a very helpful Carly. Emailed my message. Described flowers my daughter liked. Explained about her awkward entrance. Nothing was too much trouble The flowers my daughter received were beautiful her favourite s & scented. She loved them. Thank you Carly for a wonderful job

I bought a plant and will be coming back for more. The shopkeeper was very friendly, we had a nice chat about what I should use to treat some plant of mine that's not doing that well.

The shop has a good selection of mainly indoor plants, definitely the best such shop in this area.

Beautiful selection of fresh flowers and plants. The flowers I bought were put together nicely, all done very quickly. The staff was unfriendly though.

The shop keeper May was incredibly helpful, giving advice on which flowers to get as I had no idea. It was a seemless and lovely experience. She arranged this beautiful bunch!

My friend and I popped in to get done flowers for her mum for Mother’s Day. We we’re greeted with total hostility, when we asked about how we chose flowers we were told in the most aggressive tone that ‘flowers are really expensive’ - which wasn’t what we were asking. We were asked dismissively if we just wanted to ‘buy this one’ (a bouquet in her hand which she had priced at £20). My friend politely declined and asked if she could chose her own flowers, the shop assistant huffed and put the flowers down and made a comment on how expensive everything was. We couldn’t figure out why we were being treated this way and obviously decided to by flowers elsewhere.

Nice florist but knowing when they are open or closed is a deal art! They say 10-4, but it’s always closed when I go :(
