Bought some flowers from here on Tuesday 9th August on my way to my sisters as a present for her, they were wrapped in a protective wrapping and it had water in it to keep them fresh, but when my sister took them out they were half dead!!! The women serving me said they were freshly done that morning.... I don't think so, they were awful, just wished I'd noticed before I bought them, but couldn't see them properly, so I'd advise do not buy!!!! And I was charged £40 pounds, complete rip off.

Incredibly poor service; attempted to purchase flowers on Sunday and both staff members were rude and did not wish to assist. Little eye contact and weren’t interested in making up a fresh bunch of flowers. Insisted I look at the ready made options, all of which were affected by the heat and not fresh at all. I walked away without purchase. Don’t recommend based on this experience.

The quality of the service was excellent! I was able to design exactly what I wanted with fresh, lovely flowers by consulting a professional and courteous team.
Strongly recommended.

Flowers didn’t last over a day.
Florist was also rushing so she could serve the next customer, which is fine but I’d expected her to have finished what we’d requested instead of an incomplete gift bouquet.

Absolutely amazing service organising a surprise for my partner!
I called late on a Friday evening and asked the staff their to organise a bouquet for the Saturday along with a written note that we could collect as we came into the station. Not only did they have it all perfectly prepared but the bouquet itself was amazing especially for the price, and the flowers have outlived any that I have had from elsewhere.

Superb quality of fresh flowers, reasonable prices for Central London and friendly service. You can either choose from ready prepared arrangements or build your own from the huge selection.

Very helpful staff who understood and accommodated my request for small changes namely wrapping bouquet and not using stylish bag. Thank you. The Autumn colours of the bouquet looked lovely and the wee pumpkin was so cute. Seen here after the performance.
