Bought a lovely bunch of flowers BUT the roses only lasted 24-36 hours before it wilted away and shrivelled up like a prune! The photo next to it is from another bunch bought from a different shop at the same time. The difference is crazy. I don’t know if they are intentionally selling poorer quality goods but when I bought it to their attention the owner/manager was very very unhelpful!

Such a lovely lady who served us she couldn't do enough to help us, flowers were delightful 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend. Thank you so very much.

Worst customer service ever. Went there when it was poring rain to order a bouquet for a special occassion. I explained my theme and the colours I wanted to use and expected the staff to be inspirational and put some flowers together yo show as an example. Instead she pointed at the ready made flowers and said this what we have. Never received such poor service. I can also say my cousin was shocked burst into tears when she had her wedding bouquet done there 2 years ago, hardly put any roses!

If I could give zero stars I would.My son bought an expensive bunch of flowers on mother's day.The Lillies never opened up as I believe they were frozen.There was too much glitter on flowers which didn't need it.The red berries smelt disgusting ruined the bouquet.I adore flowers but next time I will get my family to go morrisons, or Aldi who are much cheaper buy better quality especially Aldi had my flowers gor 2 weeks with Aldi.

Please don't waste your money.

Bought a flower bouquet a few days ago and when opened it had only a few branches of flowers in it. I could have got a better and bigger bouquet of flowers from a superstore. Very overpriced will not buy from here again.

I love this store. Full of the energy. You can have professional advice. … and delivered flower too.
