I contacted Jay at short notice, to order a special birthday bouquet and balloons for my wife, she was really helpful throughout the whole process, made it a stress free experience, she also helped pull off a surprise delivery to the house on time. The flower were lovely and presented beautifully in a box with colour coordinated balloons and also added my personalised message on a card. She provided after care advice for the flowers which was also very helpful. I would definitely order from Jay again and recommend her to family and friends.

I had the most amazing experience with Flowers by Jay. I spoke to Jay at 11pm the night before I needed flowers for my mums birthday. And the service I got, was first class. I didnt know specifically what flowers i wanted but Jay said leave it to her. She kept in touch with timings, worked around me and had the most beautiful bunch of flowers waiting for me when I picked them up. I highlt would recommend Flowers by Jay to anyone. We found Flowers by Jay via a Google search and can I just say it has been one of the best customer service experiences my family has ever received! Jay created our beautiful Sagaan hamper baskets and completely tailored it to our vision, accommodated all our needs and exceeded all of our expectations! Jay had taken into account our tight timeframes for when we needed the baskets. This was not a problem for Jay as she ensured high quality of the hampers and even delivered them to our home personally when we were unable to collect. Jay is really professional, kind, caring and understood our requests. I have attached some photos to see the beautiful final products which received so many compliments! Amazing and spectacular flowers by jay. She went over and beyond to cater for mums funeral flowers and even put in a bunch of lavender for myself. Super chuffed with how the flowers came out , she delivered personally on time. Couldn’t of been better. Will definitely use flowers by jay again
