I found you online and ordered a floral arrangement with chocolates to be delivered the following day as a surprise for a sick friend staying in a hotel. Catch is, I live on the west coast of Florida (5 hours behind you). While I expected delivery sometime the next day, your prompt service exceeded my expectation as I awoke to a Facbook post praising your efforts and early delivery (before noon). Funky Flowers exceeded my expectations! Your online ordering was very simple making my task simple to get flowers delivered over 4000 miles away! Keep up the great work and thank you for the early delivery!!!

Wanted flowers for my dad's funeral. Customer service was awful. Just kept rushing my mum and me, think they wanted a lunch break. Not very sympathetic did order flowers but cancelled the next day. Will never use them again.

Came in quite late on a Tuesday afternoon and needed a large bouquet of flowers for a birthday..I said I needed something with a wow factor! Didn't know what flowers to choose so I left it up to the staff's expertise..Came back within an hour and was presented with an incredible bouquet!! Couldn’t be happier and will definitely use again. The Funky Flower shop we’re amazing, they created some amazing pieces for my grandfathers funeral, they went out of their way to make sure we we’re happy with everything and delivered them into central London for us.
