Excellent experience! THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE! I believe it was Eric who took care of me, the father of the family. Very down to earth and friendly.

He made the first ever bouquet I gave to my wife when we were dating, throughout our relationship, when we got engaged, and then when we got married too. He took care of me as if I was his own son throughout! He even gave me a gift!

THE EXACT BOUQUET MY WIFE WANTED! My sister, who helped us with our wedding showed him a picture of the bouquet my wife wanted for her and her bridesmaid and when she went to collect them, they were exactly what we asked for. He was so lovely with my sister treating her kindly too, from how she described her experience.

I would like to add, whenever I come here whatever the occasion or reason, I am provided with a tailored service, getting exactly what I'm looking for and more every time. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful too!

Provided the table decorations for our wedding in May 2022. They were stunning (and very reasonably priced). Eric is wonderful and couldn't do too much for us. Would highly recommend.

Did a lovely arrangement for my mums funeral, for a fair price (about 60-70 pounds less than I’d seen online for similar arrangements) . Flowers lasted in a hot car for a 4 hour drive and were still super gorgeous when we arrived. Also great for a nice bunch for the mrs. Much nicer than what you’d get online or from another supermarket, or other local florists (for example they’re far better than the scandi place on upper st - better quality at a lower price). Overall just a wonderful florist, never lets you down, would highly recommend to anyone.

Friendly, helpful and patient. Eric goes out of his way to help and make sure you leave with the perfect arrangement whether spending £20 or £50. He is honest and knowledgeable when selecting flowers. The bouquets are made with care and attention to detail.

Had the most lovely experience this morning at Miss Pem, the florist was incredibly kind and quickly made a beautiful bouquet tailored to my needs. So personable and kind it made my day!

A returning customer gone back after 7 year's,
Eric is the man, he looked after me exactly as he did 7 years ago & made alot of shocked on the baskets he made.
The love & quality of workmanship gone into my perfume basket was out of this world.
My wife loved her specially made perfume gift basket. I've attached pictures for reference he hid 12 perfumes in the basket. Will need to come up with something even better next time bro🤗

Miss Pem made me a gorgeous sympathy bouquet. They have amazing stock. The man who served me was so friendly, helped me pick the flowers and arranged them beautifully. Lovely, friendly local family florist in Highbury. Please support them! (They also have lovely dried flowers and do local delivery)

My son brought me a lovely bouquet of flowers from here in Christmas eve, they are still going strong after a week, would recommend this flower shop.
