I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Fleur Couture for doing the flowers for my Mums funeral on Monday. They were absolutely beautiful. We would also like to say that the hand held bouquets provided afterwards for the wake were outstanding, it’s such a lovely idea to be able to give out to special friends of my Mum to continue her memory. They were very professional and provided exactly that we wanted on the day. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier.

Beautiful bridal bouquet received on the morning of my wedding, turned out incredible and exceeded my expectations! reasonable pricing and really friendly florists! The roses they used were extremely great quality and intricate. Recommend!

I ordered an oasis for a funeral yesterday. I am bitterly disappointed. I asked for claret and blue flowers. I know that those colours can be difficult to obtain. I said if you are unable to get those colours put claret and blue ribbon on the oasis. All I can say is the blue was a washed out blue looked more like grey and the claret was a pale purple. I was so upset. I paid £50 for this arrangement it looked like it was a £20 arrangement. A very unhappy customer

Great customer service. They really know how to look after their customers. Makes a huge difference dealing with a local business face to face rather than big companies online.
A special mention to Lisa who sorted out a small issue for me immediately. What other business would call you personally on Boxing Day!! That’s what I call a personal service!! Beautifully arranged flowers as always. So much care and attention. They were lovely.

I called the flower shop this morning at very short notice to see if they could make a flower bouquet 💐 for my wife’s birthday.
I also asked if they could deliver it the same day and the were extremely helpful and fulfilled my request without any issues.
Great customer service and highly recommended.
