Lovely Lovely flowers.. I'm not one to gush but these were beautiful and appropriate for the occasion. The fresh flowers scented my car on route to my delivery destination. Needless to say they were very well received...

Switched from Interflora due to their high prices and small bouquets. Was a bit worried as we aren't local to Northolt. Needn't have been concerned my 102 year old Great Aunt was absolutely delighted with it. She said there were so many blooms and the whole house smelled wonderful. Thank you Flower Lady!

TheFlowerLady at Yeading delivered a birthday basket of flowers for my friends birthday. They arrived on time and I have been told they are really,really beautiful!

Beyond shocked with what was advertised and what was sent out.
An email has been sent with pictures and I am awaiting a response, from there I will update my feedback however, for the time being I say anyone who is ordering for someone else to throughly avoid this bad business. Clients with confirmed orders should be notified if there is a shortage of stock, not just sending out some tat.
