Totally disgusted with the service or rather total lack of it!! I paid a premium price for 25 roses with VIP delivery - 145 pounds - they were not only delivered late, but to add insult to injury, more than half were totally damaged (petals totally off and stems broken) and the balance all had damage to them. The delivery service was not only poor - it was absolutely disgustingly terrible. The delivery service must have thrown them around and put them upside down after that - if they left in good order from Rosesonly. I then tried to call the company and of course there was no answer!! I have never had such poor service from a company that says they are premium!! If I could give negative stars I would give them a negative 10.

Only Roses went above and beyond. I reached out from the US for a memorial service in England AND received a prompt response. Their London team arranged a beautiful vase of white roses for a memorial service. Adian sent over a photo of the arrangement upon delivery and was so kind to send me the service booklet. It's thoughtfulness and attention to detail like OnlyRoses that defines customer service. Thank you OnlyRoses London!

I had to send some flowers very last minute to a friend and Tricia did an outstanding work. As it was just few minutes before closing, she couldn't organise delivery on the same day (she tried) however everything was organised first thing in the morning. Flowers and vase were so gorgeous. 5*+ service.

I’ve used this company quite a few times now so they must be doing something right or at least did things right. However, my latest experience had a litany of errors. For Valentines, £95 for 12 long stemmed roses I expect perfection. Sent message to their WhatsApp as I had an apparent loyalty discount and asked why it hadn’t been applied after checked out. Not answered. I went to shop to pick up. They hadn’t attached any of my details so shop staff had to guess it was mine after waiting 15 minutes whilst they figured it out. This also meant my Valentine’s message to my wife was “lost”. Unwrapped as soon as I got home and petals started to fall off. Was asked by them in a later email to leave feedback and their link to their site just opens a generic page. Not exactly a disaster, but I expected much better.

Ordered a gift for a friend which was not in keeping with the debit of the house. Only roses were very helpful and accommodating in changing the roses to suit my friends choice. Would highly recommend this company and definitely use again.

I have been ordering from Only Roses for the last ten years - an amazing selection of ultra high quality roses. I have always been impressed and satisfied with the product, delivery, packaging and professionalism. Trish, who is the customer services manager is truly a gem!! And has such a level of excellence, customer care and attention to detail- a real asset to the company. I recommend this company 1000%!

AVOID dealing with this company. It is day time ROBBERY. They sell Chinese made artificial staff for £900-£1500 pounds. Oh try to ask for a refund or an exchange for an unwanted present, they almost attack you, they even falsely accuse you of damaging their so called infinity roses which are supposed to last for 3 years not 3 hours. I had a very bad experience with their Knightsbridge staff as well as with their boss. I was almost taking them to the court as they kept my money and the returned infinity roses for almost a month. They made every accusations and every excuse not to refund or exchange. Utterly disgraceful customer service.
