Extremely pleased with the bouquet that I bought.
Walked in, asked if I could get a bouquet for an elderly relative’s birthday, the lady was very obliging.
I chose the flowers I wanted & she put together a beautiful bouquet in about 20 minutes or so.
My relative was delighted with the flowers.

First time ordering but not my last. Amazing service and when covid through a spanner in the works regarding my delivery date and I couldn't be sure they would be home they were so helpful. Difficult ordering anything from Spain but this was so easy with an immediate email to confirm the order As it happened my niece was actually home but so lovely to experience such fabulous customer service.
