Michelle's Flowers

Wasn't very happy with the service here, did my wedding flowers and on the day they was very wrong and not what I had ordered, all the button holes was the wrong colour and wanted a flower in remembrance to a passed relative which I stated on both occasions I went in to the shop and that was completely forgotten, and the petals for the flower baskets was missing! I rang up after the wedding to discuss this and got a half hearted apology and no offer of a gift voucher/refund or even flowers as a gesture of good will for messing up my wedding day flowers. O think it's poor service considering how much money I put in this businesses way. I wpuld strongly advice people to not order flowers for occassions or delivery as my roses all died the next day and bridesmaids flowers was dying on the same day and turning brown. I think the only way you would get nice food flowers is id you brought in store otherwise safe yourself the money and avoid disappointment.

Reasonably priced but valentines card was lost and very late arrival. As where the flowers were being delivered to was closed upon arrival. And i had to wait for delivery

Michelle was so helpful and kind during a time of great sadness for my family. My grandfather passed away during lockdown in April and Michelle's service to provide the flowers at such a difficult time was amazing. I understand that there was a shortage of supplies and no contact deliveries which made everything harder. However, the service I received was marvellous and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you so much!

I can’t thank you enough for making my best friends wedding day. Her original bouquet arrived at hospital where she was getting married - it was provided by the hospital and it was the opposite of what she wanted. She was getting married an hour later - I made a call to Michelle’s flowers and within 15 minutes I was in the shop watching the bouquet being made up. When my friend saw the bouquet she said that’s exactly what she envisioned and that it was perfect and that she loved it. Thank you so much for making her day as perfect as it could be.

WOW!!! I'm not from the area so found Michelle's Flowers through a google search. Karen went above & beyond and all within a few hours from ordering, my beautiful flowers were received!

Well worth what I paid, Karen is a superstar so I'd say amazing staff & a lovely little family run business who take care, pride & love in their amazing work!
