Flowers 24 Hours

I used Flower 24 Hours last week. My best friend had a birthday and I wanted to order beautiful bouquet. My wish was completed. They arrived on time and the flowers were fresh and smell amazing. My friend loved`em. Definitely affordable service. Highly recommended!

I ordered online all the way from the USA. Delivery was fast and the flowers were an amazing floral artwork. I will be definitely using Flowers24hours flower delivery service again. 'Cause it's not only about flower shop here, they are UK specialist florists with many years of experience in the business! Thank you.

Tracking service not working, delivery delay, bad communication, and...order incomplete (the champagne was missing) !
Well, the whole experience was a nightmare.
I am sure it is not always like that thought.

But, I have a advice for you who want to order:
If you need to speak with them, try to avoid talking with a man with a strange accent : his is unprofessional, very rude, and an real idiot. Ask to speak to someone else, trust me you will save loooot of time!
I am now waiting for the refund of the missing champagne after being able to speak to a nice lady who understood the situation. I will post later about it.

Terrible experience. Flowers arrived late after I paid extra to get them before 1pm. Then we received the wrong type of flowers in bright pink instead of yellow. When I called to complain and fix the situation they were extremely unhelpful. They kept stressing that their policy doesn't allow them to send replacement flowers and if the buyer cannot be reached if they have run out of what we ordered they will send something else. This would be understandable except I did not get one call or email about the change. When I told them this they didn't argue, they just said sorry we can't do anything.

Never in my life have I dealt with a service provider being so inflexible and unhelpful.

If you care about getting the specific flowers you ordered, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Truly Awful Company
Paid £37 for a bunch of flowers that arrived a day late, despite ordering them a few weeks in advance. On delivery the box they arrived in looked like it had been run over by the delivery van, and when we took the flowers out, the tissue paper wrapping was all torn, and some of flowers had already started to die. Despite following care instructions, all the rest of flowers were dead within a few days.
Complained to their customer services department who promptly blamed it all on the courier company - effectively shrugging their shoulders and saying it wasnt their fault! Despite emails going back and forward they never accepted responsibility, barely forcing themselves to apologise and always just blamed the courier company. They eventually offered 25% refund, and as they put it, " a generous 20% discount off my next order" !!! Completely missing the point that when they treat their customers so badly, no one in their right mind would ever purchase from them again.

There are so many good florists, including internet based ones out there.....do yourself a big favour and use them, and avoid this appalling company like the plague!

I was looking for a specific flower (Birds of Paradise) as that's my wife's favourite and wanted to get it for our wedding Anniversary.

These guys really know what they are doing. Todd was amazing. Helped me through every step and the flowers were on time and beautifully arranged.

I ordered at 7am and flowers delivered on the same day at 2.30pm !!! They are extremely efficient and I could track the whole process online. Very satisfactory service !! Highly recommendable!

Wow great great great needed flowers 💐 it's after 18:00 and it's my mums 80th birthday checked Google it led me hear what a godsend Todd made me a fantastic bouquet and even drooped me to my mum's what a star 🌟
