Blooms by Eberé

I got this GORGEOUS bouquet for Valentine’s Day, was so pleased with the quality and variation of flowers, and the size was SO good for standard sizing. I will definitely be shopping at Eberé in the future ♥️

Unfortunately, I had a really bad customer experience in this shop this morning. I arrived at 10.15am and the florist was nearly finished wrapping some flowers for a male customer. In the meantime, I was looking at the flowers to see which ones I would choose when the woman asked 'WHAT DID I WANT' in a very unfriendly tone. I said I was looking to get some flowers and she then said she hadn't had time to open up the shop properly?! At that point it was clear that this woman did not want the business and I left. It seems that as a customer you are expected to time your visit perfectly so that it is at a convenient time for this florist! Needless to say I will not be returning. What a very strange attitude for a business person to have. Such a pity that this is the only flower shop in Northfields.

Ordered these gorgeous flowers for my sister in law . She was so happy and surprised when she received them. She commented that they were still fresh 2 weeks later. Will definitely use this florist again!

Just want to say thank you to the lovely person at Ebere who took my very scant idea of a bouquet for our daughter's wedding and turned it into an absolutely gorgeous bouquet - my daugher was absolutely over the moon with the result. This was all the more special as my husband and I couldn't be at the Registry Office due to visa restrictions. So to see our lovely girl so happy with her bouquet just made our day. Thank you so much! I thoroughly recommend this florist for absolutely beautiful flowers. She is having it dried and saved in acrylic - she didn't want to part with it x

Bought flowers here a couple of weeks ago, as I like to support small businesses. The flowers were lovely, but the woman working was rather indifferent (bordering on rude). I don’t expect bowing and scraping, but a small pleasantry or two goes a long way in terms of leaving customers with a positive impression.

Nice shop, but lady was shocked that we buying flowers for the Queen after week..
She said some comments.
Flowers was nice but overpriced, actually after lady's comments we want go out from shop, but however it one shop near us...

So pleased with a "flowers in a jar" arrangement bought yesterday from this local shop on Northfields Avenue. The quality of the flowers and the arrangement is stunning and at £20 the flowers in a jar are good value for a special present. And no hard to recycle cellophane - hooray!
