Worst experience ever. Was told flowers were to be delivered in the morning and were sent after mid-day instead. Mum had already gone out and flowers were delivered to pub instead of mum's house on her 60th birthday. So no suprise for her as I had to tell her to collect them from the pub!
No apology when I phoned to complain, for some reason I was in the wrong and Got asked if i had ever done a hard days work.
Not worth the effort or money.

With reference to the above review, what a shame Mr Welch failed to get the facts right.
The flowers were ordered by himself to be delivered Christmas week,which is one of our busiest times of the year. Four extra delivery drivers are employed this week to ensure flowers are delivered as quickly and professionally as possible. The delivery was made by 11.40am, but unfortunately the recipient was not at home. The driver put a card in the door to explain that the flowers had been left at the neighbouring pub. We could have taken the flowers back to the shop, but thought the recipient would not want to drive to Rye to collect them.
We then had a very rude Mr Welch on the telephone, telling us how we had ruined the day. I trust his mother was satisfied with the flowers she received, since there was no complaint about the quality of the arrangement.
After thirty years of running a successful business, our customers have always been satisfied with our service.

Fresh produce of good quality and a good at that plus lovely flowers. And they are open all day on Saturday and until 12.30 on Sunday.

Excellent selection of quality fruit and veg. The selection of wild mushrooms and King Oyster mushrooms a regular buy of ours, also Samphire and other
more unusual fruits and vegetables.
Plus range of flowers and plants.
The flowers last a good week or more.
Extra large eggs at £1.80 half dozen
cheaper than the supermarket.
Friendly helpful staff.

The most beautiful ,bright and vibrant colors of a posy of flowers.
I ordered these for a funnel in winchelsea,and out of all the flowers on the day this flowers lasted for a extra week while all the other flowers had wilted away.
Amazing i highly recommend this florist.

Staff views on covid precautions, an absolute joke. Constantly seeing staff members walking into shops with no masks on. Especially the son!
