I just want to thank Shaila and the team at Avalon Flowers for providing the floristry for our recent wedding. One word describes our feelings .... Wow! Your flowers were the biggest surprise of our day and quite literally blew us away.. After much deliberation you totally nailed it! Both the church and the venue looked breathtaking. A burst of wild summer colour .... We were both so happy at the way you understood what we wanted and tied in everything, including the bridal bouquets and buttonholes, with such a tricky brief. It wasn't a run of the mill bog standard wedding and we didn't want 'traditional' wedding flowers. We did things differently and your flowers complimented our vision perfectly. The smell of lavender will always remind us of our wedding day due to your wonderful idea of including pods in the baskets of petal confetti. Seeing the flowers at the venues and the bridal bouquets was one of the highlights of our day. We cannot recommend you highly enough. Thank you so much.

We were sending flowers to our friends in London for their original wedding date! Unfortunately, I couldn't reach Shaila from my phone, however, she stayed up late (due to time zone differences) and called me to sort my order. Shaila stayed connected with me via email and whatsapp to ensure perfect delivery!
She was able to make a beautiful bouquet- fast! The bride-to-be said she wants a bouquet just like this one when she walks down the aisle next year!
Another BONUS- we were able to arrange for the flowers to come with a wonderful bottle of champagne. I am so thankful to Shaila for going out of her way to connect with us. We were so happy to get our friends something special for their day!!

The owner of this shop is very rude and blunt and talks to people like they are a children. to be chastised in front of another employee after having used this florist for every female birthday every year being a regular customer. i have been just this month 4 times but will not be returning every again.
I will also be spreading the word about this as this is not on in the horrible world that we live in and telling them to seek a happier shop.

I live in the US, but wanted to deliver flowers for my aunt in London. Shaila was very responsive and kept in great contact with me to ensure that the flowers have been delivered. My aunt LOVED them! Thank you so much for the timely communication and delivery!

Than you to the staff at Avalon for the beautiful funeral tributes I recently ordered for my aunts funeral. The Celtic Cross was fabulous, everyone was impressed especially the Funeral Director , he said he had not seen a cross like that before. The staff went out of their way to get the orchids which are difficult to get at this season . I would definitely recommend Avalon flowers.

I got the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my mum's birthday made within 15 minutes! The flowers were gorgeous and so beautifully curated, I left it to Shayla's design and she went above and beyond. My mum was so happy with the flowers, and I absolutely adored them. Definitely will be going back again for all my flower purchasing needs!

Excellent service spoke to a very helpful and extremely nice lady on the phone ordered flowers for my mother's birthday flowers were delivered same day with a box of chocolates and a very personal touch of chatting and making my 86 year old mother very happy the same lady who I spoke to on the phone also delivered the flowers, which by the way were beautiful. Thank you for you great service very much appreciated.
