Sweetpea Florists

My wife received a bouquet unfortunately they were not to the value of money spent My mother in law was not made aware of all the charges was only told about a £8 delivery and not the percentage that Inter flora take, she would of otherwise not used this shop. I contacted the shop but they were not prepared to send anymore flowers to the value of money that my mother in law spent, I will be following up and also happy to contact trading standards for the way she was mislead also she was not shown a picture of what would be sent, again what a pretty disgusting way of getting a sale from a 78 year old pensioner. This bouquet cost her £38 of which advised deliveryy £8 but I reiterate no other charge was discussed.

Fantastic flowers. Flowers may be cheaper online - but y' don't get the same quality as from a good florists shop - and Sweetpea on Park Parade is a very good florist shop. Top quality. Highly recommend.

A fantastic service by Sweetpea with a couple of requests executed perfectly. I forgot my wife's birthday which was the next day and they were able to pull me out of this potentially grim situation for the next day. Good job Sweetpea... Recommending!

Gill and Kayleigh were truly instrumental in creating our beautiful wedding in September with their imagination, creativity, and skill. We had favourite blooms and colours, but left a great degree of freedom in the arrangements themselves, and couldn't have been happier with the flowers on the day. We had a bouquet, posies, buttonholes, flowers for hair, and table arrangements, and all were perfect all day (they also have dried beautifully in the weeks since).
We couldn't recommend Sweetpea any higher and will certainly order flowers from them again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Thank you for the excellent service I received in November. I wanted tropical flowers and a Trinidad flag and I was not disappointed. All my queries were politely and efficiently dealt with by the friendly staff.

Ordered online last night to collect today. An easy to use online service. Excellent choices and reasonably priced.
Their customer service was first class and the flowers were superbly presented and amazing colours combination.

I live in Oxfordshire and have used this florist several times for telephone orders. The recipients have always been delighted with the quality of the flowers. Excellent value, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Would recommend them to anyone.
