Bespoke Flowers

Thank you Kim for the beautiful flowers for our colleague's birthday.
We do appreciate being honest and for your professional advice over the phone, delivery just on time, overall fantastic service.

Today, a friend went into this place to order a flower arrangement for another friend of ours who had recently passed away. The woman that he spoke to had the worst attitude he'd ever encountered.

Our friend loved cats, and her favourite colours were black and pink. We thought it would be a nice idea to incorporate all of this into a flower arrangement of a pink and black cat. The women he spoke to then proceeded to tell him this was, and I quote, a "horrible idea" that "isn't tasteful", and if she had her way she would "do everything different". She begrudgingly told him that she would do it if we really wanted it, but that the store's reputation was on the line, and she went out of her way to make it clear that she wasn't happy about the order.

Our friend died just over a week ago. We chose this shop as it joins onto the funeral director's and we thought it would be so much easier for us to use a local place so it was one less worry we had to concern ourselves with. Instead of support and an understanding attitude to the emotional state my friend was in at the time, he was instead ridiculed by someone who should be trying to help.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Needless to say we will be steering well clear of Bespoke Flowers, and advising everybody we know to do the same. Shame on this woman for her unkind and hurtful words.

I ordered a wreath for my cousins funeral from this florist and was very happy with the result. I spoke with Oliver who was very professional and took care of getting the wreath to the undertakers for me. My family sent some pictures of the wreath, it was beautiful and as requested (colours) I would not hesitate to use this florist again in the future. Thank you Bespoke Flowers for a lovely job.

I can’t recommend bespoke flowers enough! Both Kim & Oliver were so incredibly kind towards me and my family. They organised my mums funeral flowers and they were just so beautiful, exactly what we wanted. I really appreciated that they both gave their honest opinions when it came to choosing what kind of flowers we wanted or how we wanted things. Lovely people.

Oliver went through options in great detail for wreaths for a family members funeral. He was even able to accommodate when I added extra wreaths to my order a few days before the funeral.

Popped in today to enquire about funeral flowers. The lady was so welcoming and compassionate and very open and honest about the arrangement we were enquiring about. Would defo recommend going here for any flowers. Really genuine person.

We ordered several different arrangements for my dad's funeral and all were beautifully made with really high quality flowers. Kim and Oliver were both kind and compassionate when we made our first enquiries, and then came up with good ideas for what we wanted. We asked about having specific plants they don't usually stock and these were kindly sourced for us. They even allowed me to supply herbs from my own garden to make it extra special. Wonderful service from a great florist.

I wanted a wreath for my Aunt with something unusual. I wanted a witch as it meant something. I wasn’t sure if it was possible and I contacted Oliver and Kim at Bespoke. They were so kind to me and really helpful. They made a wreath that was perfect and so beautiful. It was beyond my expectations. I’m so glad I chose them and can’t recommend them enough.
