I ordered and paid for wedding anniversary roses four days in advance from this company. The night before the anniversary, 8:51pm to be precise I got an email (not even a phone call) saying "Sorry, we can't fulfil the order and we're going on leave from tomorrow." So I had the stress and expense of frantically trying to get flowers from a same day supplier while trying to keep something I thought I had sorted out days previously, secret from my wife. Totally unacceptable behaviour; uncaring, complacent, dismissive and just an outrageous way to treat a customer. I strongly recommend anyone in the Mill Hill area looking for a florist to go to a professional outfit, not this shambles.

Ordered flowers in advance for delivery for my anniversary. They failed to turn up and no-one answered the phone when chased. Obviously this caused disappointment. Based on recent reviews it seems that this company has a problem and would suggest that you look elsewhere and avoid them at all costs.
