Stunning flowers at a very reasonable price. I ordered some flowers for my mum for Mother's day and she was very pleased with what she received. My only tip is that perhaps there is a little bit more communication regarding delivery, as I wasn't sure if my messages had been received as there was no response. Apart from that I was definitely very pleased that I chose Flower Box

A frustrating transaction. I ordered a £40 country sheaf on the weekend for a funeral on Monday 12 April. I chose to collect as the funeral started at 3:30pm. As I was working that morning, I called after midday to check that all was ok and was advised that the flowers were actually ready which pleased me.

I arrived at the shop around 2:55pm expecting a quick/simple pick up. However, as there was only one staff member in store, I queued patiently while the customer ahead of me was dealt with - around 10 minutes. Time ticking away....

I eventually received the flowers, only to find that they had been made up into a posy, with diamantes added - nice but not what I ordered - for a funeral, for a man.... After feeling and probably looking puzzled, I politely pointed out that I was expecting a sheaf, the florist checked the order and realised it was their error and I waited another 10 or so minutes for it to be reconfigured into a sheaf - it was not the country sheaf..... I didn't have time to discuss the situation as I now only had around 10 minutes to get to the funeral which was 20+ minutes away.

With traffic and finding where I needed to park/be, I arrived at the funeral 20 minutes late and could not go in which upset me.

To cap it all, this week I received notification of proceedings for speeding on that afternoon (35mph in a 30mph zone on Longbridge Rd).

I didn't anticipate the wait and incorrect order issues because reviews were generally good but with the knock on effect, all in all, this was not a great experience for me.

Ordered a funeral posy and pillow for my daughters father in law online. We chose the colours, even spoke with an assistant to explain exactly what we wanted and when they arrived it was not the colours we ordered we were both upset being as the colours was what he wanted plus they even got my daughters name wrong too...Contacted them numerous times spoke with a lady Called josie who was very apologetic and was helpful but after sending quiet a few emails I only got two replies, the last email said they will get someone to call me but even though it’s been nearly 2 weeks no one has bothered. So I’m sorry to say I would not recommend using this company as they are not very professional when it comes to complaining.

I can't thank flower box enough for the beautiful flowers for my aunts funeral yesterday. Due to location I had to order over the phone and didn't see the flowers until the funeral. Absolutely amazing exactly what I asked for thank you so much

I ordered a basket arrangement on 21 December for £30 for a local delivery to my sister on Christmas Eve. They never arrived! I left countless telephone messages but no-one contacted me. I live in the north west of England so unable to take up the matter physically with the shop. Very disappointed, despite having used them several times previously without problem.
