Zita Elze Flowers

I attended a wreath-making course in the run-up to Christmas. Not only was it great fun and a sociable occasion, but I learned so much from Zita. My wreath was packed full of seasonal evergreen, eucalyptus, berries and much much more!

I wish I could give them a zero star. I ordered "Plum" that should contain black calla lilies and tulips, dark red ranunculi and carnations. It was for a funeral of my friend's mother. Maybe it was because an international order, but they decided to send a bouquet that does not look anything like the one in the picture. There was probably one black calla lily. I don't see any tulip, ranunculus or even dark red carnation. I see astilbes, Queen Ann's laces, snapdragons, smoke trees, etc. that were not included in the picture on the site. The overall appearance is substantially different.

I understand "some" flowers may not be available. But they should at least try to match. I didn't order a romantic bouquet. I didn't pay them to improvise. I paid so that my friend would receive something appropriate for the occasion. Shame on you.

I had a very enjoyable afternoon learning some of Zita's flower arrangement tips.Would highly recommend sharing some time with her in the calm atmosphere of her beautiful setting of all things flowers.

Laura was great, called to say the bouquet might be late due to border hold ups...in the end was delivered only 10mins late. The updates were great and my sister was over the moon with her beautiful flowers. Thank you Laura for keeping me updated until delivery and for letting me know even if only 10mins late, very professional florists.

I don’t buy flowers frequently and, when I do, is usually for a very special occasion (most often also for a very special person), when you want your bouquet to say more than “I got you some flowers”. The arrangement that I got from Zita Elze this week was not only special but absolutely magical ... totally made the day. Thank you!!!

Absolutely 💯% wonderful.....Customer service above and beyond. Great friendly manner. Superb execution of delivering a surprise. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience . Applause to you all..Once again not just fantastic...Absolutely Superlative ....Thank you .
