Read all the reviews and based on them decided I would try this florist. Ordering was easy and delivery took place as arranged. Disappointed with arrangement, expected more flowers for amount charged - wont be using again.

I popped in to the shop without any prior appointment to request a bouquet of flowers. I was warmly welcomed and told that it would be no problem at all. It was apparent that they were very busy with Mother’s Day approaching and other orders. Within minutes, I had a stunning bouquet to take with me. The service was fantastic, I could not ask for more. I have been to this florists a few times over the years and continue to come back…

I saw a write up on a neighbourhood questions and answers website on best florist to use. I saw Bolsover Flowers came out top choice by at least 10 people. I put it in my memory bank till now. I called Marie and asked for a beautiful bouquet in a box to include Tulips, it had to be special. Marie said she would order fresh flowers the following day. The flowers sent were beyond expectations.. Absolutely beautiful. I can't tell you how thrilled the lady was who received them. Marie kindly WhatsApped the photo for me too. Brilliant customer service. I have ordered flowers online before and the flowers have died on day 1. These offers are for old flowers and are just a rip off. I can't recommend Bolsover Flowers enough!!
