I ordered flowers from Pen, who runs this business, in May 2020 at very short notice. She was fantastic and so obligating considering that we were at in the midst of the first Coronavirus Lockdown.
Although I live in Wrexham in North East Wales ordered the flowers for my Godmother’s daughter’s birthday. They both live together nearby in Wooburn Town. The flowers were delivered pretty much straight whilst I found Pen very communicative.
The flowers were greatly appreciated by my Godmothers Daughter. Thank you Pen.

Very poor service. Flowers themselves lovely. But they took my money twice on my credit card on 16th May. I have tried to contact 5 times now and sent an email - but no one has or is responding. Would not recommend using

Ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday and gave an awfully vauge description of what I wanted on the phone. What I got was an absolutely perfect bouquet which made the day. I can't thank you enough and can't wait to order more... You're my florist of choice from now on.

Ordered a plant to be delivered to my friend for her 50th. It was dispatched a date late and wasn't what I ordered. What was delivered was lovely... But I am yet to receive an explanation as to why it was a day late. I have phoned twice and been told twice that someone would ring me back. 4 days later I'm still waiting.
