Lovely flowers but poor customer service. They delivered the wrong flowers, someone's else's personalised flowers to my partner and mine to someone else. After lots of phone calls and faffing around the correct ones where delivered. I was promised a phone call from the manager to discuss why this happened/ appropriate compensation for let's be honest expensive flowers.

This went on for weeks of me calling requesting to speak to the manager to be told I had just missed her and she would return my phone call but never did. Finally over a month after the mistake. I finally managed to speak with the manager who agreed a to refund a small percentage which was personally quite insulting. However this refund never materialised and I frankly gave up chasing as they clearly don't care. Disappointing. Would not recommend

I can't believe at 29 years old I am openly admitting that I took a chance on a company via an Instagram models post (Jayde Pierce). I reside in the US, but my best friend who was celebrating her 30th birthday, lives in London. I thought finding a florist in the UK would be better, especially as I gave nearly 4 days for delivery. For the company being reputable, I thought it was a bit dodgy that they do payments through Paypal {no judgement just thought it as odd]. However, moral of the story and the reason behind my 1 star was the delivery, service and whole experience was a scam.

I truly don't understand how a high-end flower company outsources their deliveries to a company that has horrible reviews and 1 star business ratings, known as DPD. My deliver date was scheduled for May 9th after putting in the order May 5th. My friend who is celebrating her birthday was not home on the delivery date at the time, however, if I didn't mentioned she would be expecting a delivery--I doubt the company would have EVER said anything. The delivery people left no note, and no follow-up after until my friend started calling both Bloom Room Essex AND then the delivery service, because Bloom Room said it was out of their control at that point. Ridiculous business practice for a high-end company and HORRIBLE customer service. After inquiring for the past week back and forth with the delivery company (which we found out was 15 minutes down the road from her flat) and Bloom Room they were delivered 5 days later. On top of it all, the delivery company had the audacity to berate my friend (again, celebrating her 30th birthday) and yell at her.

I get missing the first delivery date because she was out celebrating, however, no note was left. Additionally, each day no one seemed to care about setting a new delivery time and following through on the timed slot...I have proof due to my best friend working from home. All and all I'm ashamed that people can't even do their job when it comes to their ONE JOB. Floral Service. Cheers for ruining her gift and making the gesture from 3,000K miles away a hassle. I'm ashamed I risked using your service again for a US delivery. I'm hoping I don't have the same issues in your business choices for delivery services.

Let me first say that my friend had a similar experience and pre warned me which I really regret now!! Ordered the gold ‘year’ flowers for £120. Went mouldy after 3 months. Tried to call 3 times but no answer. Left a comment on Instagram and still had no response. Left another comment on Instagram two weeks later and got a direct message. I explained the situation and that I had now disposed of the flowers as it had been a month since they went mouldy. Bloom Room said that they will get back to me. Three weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so I messaged them myself, they then asked for my contact number. I again didn’t hear anything from them for over a month until today when I called them again myself. Bloom Room said that I should have kept the mouldy flowers all this time 3 months (they are also claiming the green growing fluff is not mould but instead the paint coming off). They have compared their flowers to an item of clothing from top shop saying that with an exchange like this you would need to return the item so can’t do anything about this and that it’s my fault as I didn’t keep the mouldy flowers for 3 months or try to contact them more in the first place (I called 3 times and left 2 comments). I explained that I didn’t want mouldy flowers in my home for 3 months and that a perishable item cannot be compared to a clothing line that has clear policies and guidelines stated on their website. I then compared this to a pint of milk which is drastic but is perishable and would stink just like the flowers started to. If Bloom Room has this exchange policy stated on their website then I would of left the mouldy flowers in my garage for them to collect but this is not stated ANYWHERE!!! The manager on the phone then told me a story about a girl who called with a similar issue who she then found out conned them into giving her a new bunch, oh but then said ‘I’m not saying this is what your doing’, no of course not!! In the end the manager kept repeating herself with the ‘it’s my fault I threw them away’ comment. I asked her what can she do for me after I have spent £120 on flowers meaning to last 12 months but only lasting 3. She said 50% off your next order. I then said I would prefer not to order again from you after this experience and I was just hoping for a proper apology instead of the ,I’m sorry but it’s your fault, and maybe a token gift of their cheapest bunch of flowers to replace my £120 worth that had to be binned. The manager then said I have apologised and I will again... ‘I’m sorry for your experience BUT you should of kept the flowers and contacted us in a better way but that’s all I can do is give you a discount on your next order’. I said thanks for the fake apology yet again and like I said I’m not giving you anymore of my business. She then had nothing more to say and pretended she couldn’t hear me then hung up. Thanks Bloom Room for taking my £120 and giving me a ‘bad batch’ with no real apology and a very ignorant manager. Great customer service... NOT. Will be using Forever Flowers from now on they are great
