Ziggy’s florist

Great place for kids work shops. We've done pot painting, pumpkin painting and booked in for Christmas crafts too. Really friendly staff, brilliant activities and not too far from car parks.

We had to order a floral funeral tribute from London to Folkestone so we were a bit anxious! We chose Ziggys florist and were very impressed! The lady on the phone was very helpful and we said we wanted a floral cross for our uncles funeral! She made it perfect just exactly in the colours and flowers and ribbons we asked for! It was perfect and we were very impressed and grateful! We are glad we chose this florist and better prices too! Thank you Ziggys!

I received some flowers today, my work colleagues choose this shop. The bouquet was huge and the driver very friendly. The flowers look lovely ana fresh, would definitely recommend x

She was very busy doing funeral flowers when I rang with a tricky order , so she called me back and has gone above and beyond to help me sort my delivery!

Me and my family felt let down by your inaction to deliver on the flowers on the day of my father's funeral on 27th June 2022. You judged us wrongly by assuming we were not going to pay you. When clearly you failed to give us a final costing. You were given enough notice, not once did you send us a reminder to notify us about payments until I had to call you on the day of the funeral. It was both embarrassing and hurtful. Plus my sister and her friend entered your store on the day of the funeral in urgent need of flowers and purchase some from you, so that we could lay them on my fathers grave, my sister also notified me that you had already prepared the flowers that we needed for the church service and the casket that they laying on your shop floor, she was shocked and confused. I was also shocked by this revelation. I consider myself a honest person and I wouldn't of taken advantaged of your service by failing to pay you.
I felt misjudged and overlooked that day on top of grieving my father death.

I would like to say Thank you for The lovely hat box arrangement of flowers you did for me .my work colleague was very happy and thought they were beautiful.very good service x
