Mr Flower Gravesend

I ordered and paid for a bouquet of flowers for my cousin's funeral. I wanted to collect them on the morning of the funeral to make sure they were fresh. I specifically asked for lillies and spider chrysanthemums. Not only did I get roses and marigolds, with one lily, they were nowhere near fresh. Very disappointed. There's no second chance with a funeral...

terrible flowers!! my husband ordered some last year and they looked terrible when they arrived - he complained and fair play the manager apologized and sent a replacement bouquet. husband order them again for out first wedding anniversary to give them a 2nd chance they arrived half dead again! and he said they were expensive! he emailed them and has heard nothing since !! avoid overpriced terrible flowers and terrible customer service!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They allowed my order to go through and then the day they are meant to deliver say they’re system was down (how convenient) and they don’t actually deliver to the post code I requested. Wouldn’t waste your money with this company it’s now too late to find someone else to deliver for today so I have to let a family member down because they’re liars.

What an excellent flower and plant shop. Great selection of healthy plants and very good prices. Considering the expensive and often pathetic plants we have bought on line this place is a breath of fresh air!
