The woman who runs this is a real piece of work. Extremely rude and handles the plants with the least amount of care. I bought 2 succulents (because they were priced better than the other plant stall in the market) and I asked to have them wrapped so they would be protected in transit. Salty attendant refused while sitting on a stack of paper to wrap plants with. She obviously has issues, I don't recommend.

I chanced upon this beautiful store in Borough Market and was excited to finally find some suitable plants for my flat. It was a disappointing encounter as the lady helping me was extremely rude and condescending. I asked a few questions about what lighting to keep my new plants in and how often to water them and each question was met with disdain and irritation. I'm not an overly sensitive person but I left feeling dumb and bullied. Please do not go.
PS: There were two ladies minding the store so maybe one of them was nicer than the other and I was just unlucky.

Wonderful Borough Market florist and plant shop, with a good seed section too. A great deal of plants in a small space, with some beautiful bouquets made each morning. Sharon and her staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. The flowers are always in perfect condition too and they know how to wrap them attractively. Strongly recommend.

I requested some bouquets for my small wedding from here, inspired by some of the bouquets they had already - and they were made beautifully, at a reasonable price. She was able to take my brief for colours, and accomodated a small budget while making them beautiful. Highly recommend them.

I've been coming here for 7 years and I've had nothing but friendly and helpful service from my local garden shop. Affordable selection of your favorite plants and pots! 🌱

Great store, stock is all cohesive and cute.

The lady that served us was down to earth and genuine. She offered well informed advice after we bought a plant as to how to take care of it.

I assume most of these negative reviews are from entitled tourists many of which not understanding British humour and sarcasm.

Went in a couple of times and today was going to be our last. There was no one else there, but the owner found that it was necessary to chat away with her friends instead of asking us if we needed help or was looking for something in particular. Every time we went there, it was the same, unfriendly and not interested.
Rather take my custom somewhere else where customers are important to your business. Shame :-(
